“I am still me no matter what”

Trigger Warning

Some content on this page could be triggering. If you are experiencing a Mental Health crisis, please contact your Mental Health Team, 111, or 999 in an emergency (UK) or local services in your country if outside the UK.

If you go to Get help and support there will be some contact details for services that can offer support. This is in development and if you know of a service that is not listed then please Get in Touch.

I started this journey about 2 years ago, I wished for a place where I could be anonymous and share my experiences and issues with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome).

Fast forward to now and I have a new home, new job and a new focus in my studies and in life.

Mental Health has mattered to me for several years – 2018 welcomes a new start to this site, delivering one simple message;

Whether faced with physical, mental or environmental challenges

“I AM STILL ME NO MATTER WHAT.”

This site is about me and my life, travels, mental health and everyday life. Some pages are happy and others are not so happy, but that is life isn’t it? I am still developing this page everyday and aim to make it a real life, resourceful and eye catching site. If you have any questions or topics you would like me to write about or research then please let me know.
